Tripp Pond, sometimes known as Tripp Lake, is a beloved recreational spot in the Lakes and Mountains region of western Maine in Poland, Maine. Covering 735 acres, Tripp Pond offers three miles of length and eight miles of heavily wooded shoreline. Other nearby hiking spots include Bragdon Hill Conservation Area and Cornwell Nature Preserve, while quiet side roads are perfect for cycling and mountain biking.

Originally constructed for the Chicago World’s Fair in 1893, the Maine State Building houses an art gallery and museum.
